When I got my HDTV the cable box I had was shit. The DVR was fucked up and recorded shows on HD channels would cut out all the time. I did some research and discovered that it was a known issue with that box model. So the guy came out, and replaced it with the same box model even though I told him I wanted the older model cause they were better. Not even 10 mins after that bitch left the box totally died. So I called Comcast back and explained and told them I wanted that fucker to come back. They actually tried to make me schedule another appointment. Long story short, after loads of me bitching the area technician manager came to my house himself with the older model box and installed it.

Yea that happened twice with me. Once the ding bat came out and reset my modem and it worked fine (well duh I did that to dipshit). Well he left and it stopped working. I called and complained he came back an ended up having to run a new cable from the box to my house.

The douche faggot comes out and says "I don't install no jacks." So he fucking threw the cable line from our computer room into our master bedroom in the hallway. On top of that gave us a fucking broke as modem out of the box. My experience with Comcast has been nothing short of a nightmare.

The people have been decent to us with Cocks. They have, however effed up a few payments, though.

One time, two years ago, I made a payment with the automated service....the automated robot confirmed my payment of 143.00, so I said yes to continue the payment. The robot comes back, "THANK YOU, WE HAVE POSTED ONE THOUSAND, FOURTY-THREE DOLLARS TO YOUR ACCOUNT..."
