So...I was watering one of my palms outside when I noticed a stench.
So, I lifted the potted palm out of this larger pot it's in and there was no sitting water to cause this unknown smell.

Then, when I was lifting the palm to put it back in the pot, I grabbed onto something...furry and um, mushy. I dug thru the branches a bit to reveal a dead bird. :(

So, my ADHD took over and I decided I had no time to get a bag and properly dispose of the carcass. So, I grabbed it by the wing and threw it...Then i heard a "clunk."

And it sounded nearby. So, I peeked over my fence and saw the dead bird right on top of this person's hood.

I don't know what came over me, but I started laughing SO HARD and couldn't stop for the longest time.

Liam has been in bed this whole time, so I was hysterically "quietly giggling." Good God, even in my shower, I thought about it again and couldn't stop with the giggles!

When I went out this moring, Liam was putting our son in to his carseat, and the dead bird was like right near him on the hood of that car.
