Moms with little kids/babies

is there a point in which you can say someone is a little too obsessed with caring for their baby? everything they say is about their baby? Every other sentense that comes out of their mouth is about their kid? I know several moms that have small children/babies. But it seems like one of them just doesn't shut up about their daughter.
