Regarding the celeb forum. I'm not sure about it.
I feel that with the current amount of people, there are just not enough posts per day to warrant an exclusive forum for celebs right now. Maybe one day when there are many more posts per day, and the creation of a celeb forum will not dramatically reduce the amount of posts in the off topic forum (Blah Blah Blah), and the on topic forum.
